Halyconia on a recycle bottle

I have painted a recycle bottle with Halyconia using the Gloss Enamel Paint. It has become an art piece or a vase. Using Enamel Paint on Re-cycle CDs

You can paint up metal surfaces using enamel paint. This is done without having to undercoat it with Gesso. Here are some re-cycle CDs which I have turn it into cool coasters by sponging the background with enamel paint a couple of layers and then stencil them using the same type of paint. Enamel Paint on plastic

Another project done using Enamel paint on plastic surface. You can just leave it to dry naturally for a day. For lasting effect you can also apply one layer of varnish. Enamel Paint on Candle

Enamel Paint can also be used on Candle surfaces. Of course if you burn the candle the design will melt together with the candle. But who wants to do that if you have already done it so nicely. You don't need to varnish it, just let it dry naturally and it will stay there as long as you don't scratch it or burn it.

Demo "Seni Hiasan Kaca" at SACC Mall, Shah Alam

Yesterday I had the opportunity to promote my book at the event by MPH, SACC Mall, Shah Alam. It was done in the afternoon where I show the usage of Gloss Enamel Paint on glass surfaces. I did about 8 different items using various techniques such as stenciling, etching, brushstrokes and sponging. The next free demo will be at Popular Bookstore event in AEON Mall, Bukit Tinggi, Klang. Free Demo on Glass Painting using Enamel Paint

Today 22/9/2013 I will be doing a free demonstration at MPH SACC, Shah Alam between 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm. This demo is to promote my latest book i,e Seni Hiasa Kaca. So, I will be showing you how to use enamel paint on glass surfaces using various techniques. You will also be getting a chance to win painted recycle bottles in this event. Enamel Paint on glazed ceramic

You can paint on plate or any glazed ceramic using Enamel Paint. However if you need to use it and washed, it would be a good idea to bake it in the normal oven or Microwave (convection) for 30 mins at 150c. It will make the paint more permanent and robust. Especially after you have dried and cured it for a couple of days.; If it is only for decoration you don't need to bake it. Just let it cure by itself for a couple of days (it is air-dry).
